Semyon Mikhailovsky is an organizer and curator of exhibitions in Russia, China, the USA, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and Finland. He was awarded Prizes of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of St. Petersburg on cultural area, Commander of the Order of the Star of Italy, and other awards.

Rafael is a visual artist and researcher of traditional painting techniques, specifically murals, such as tempera on wood panels and frescoes. In 2016, he created two largescale frescoes entitled Evangelicale fishermen for the church of our Lady of Navigators in Rio de Janeiro. In 2017, the artist completed the Dance of life panel at the Osvaldo Cruz foundation, one of the most prominent health science and technology institutions in Latin America. In 2019, Bteshe defended his doctoral thesis in visual arts at the federal university of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), and after six months of study he received a phd at the university of Burgundy in France. Rafael currently works as a substitute teacher of painting at the UFRJ school of fine arts.
Alexandra was born in France. She graduated from the Institut Sainte Geneviève art school in Paris in 2020 with a degree in animation. She is capable of working with a variety of fine arts media, incl. drawing, painting, and animation. Alexandra says about herself, ‘for me, who was born in France, the picture of the world was enriched by my knowledge of the russian language and mentality. To this day, this cultural value keeps contributing to my inspiration, work, and global understanding of things. Although I live in France, sometimes I come to Russia. I was in St. Petersburg and came to the Repin academy of arts to see how students work there. Having a french art school behind me, I was delighted with the academic education in Russia.’
Studied art in Parma, Siena, Tarragona, Macerata and Aguascalientes, currently enrolled in Carrara academy. Her greatest passions are art history and drawing. Graduated with a thesis on tactile illustrated books. Later obtained a master’s degree in editorial illustration graduating with a series of illustrations for Tolstoy’s tale The girl and the mushrooms. Caterina exhibited her works in Italy, Spain, and Mexico. In 2012, she founded an independent publishing house Ludoteca, and in 2019, a coworking association Collarte. She does social work collaborating with laboratories focused on illustration.
Born in Herford, North Rhinewestphalia, Germany. In 2009-2010 attended the preparation course in painting and drawing at the Florence classical arts academy. In 2014, she graduated from the university of Augsburg with a bachelor’s degree in intercultural applied linguistics. She then continued her education at Florence classical arts academy. Lastly, she obtained a master’s degree in arts and communication at the university of Osnabrück. She currently lives and works as a freelance artist and teacher in Germany.
Saverio was born in Poggibonsi and lives in Carrara. After three years of studying sculpture at the academy of fine arts in Carrara, he graduated with honors in 2016 following the courses of Luciano Massari and Paolo Grassino. That same year he won the Franco Zeffirelli scholarship for the art students league in New York. Solo and group exhibitions include Jedlitschka gallery and Tart gallery in Zurich, Centro Arti Visive in Pietrasanta, Palazzo Binelli in Carrara and others. He also exhibited at the international art fair in Spoleto, 56th Venice Biennale and at the Mulhouse biennale in France. In 2018, he exhibited at the international cultural forum in St. Petersburg.
Simon got into drawing in his early childhood. As a teenager, he was drawing comic strips, and then developed an interest in painting, specifically abstract and avantgarde. At the age of 19, he enrolled into the Tarbes school of fine art. His major was ceramics, although he experimented with many forms of art during his school years. Upon graduating he felt the urge to thoroughly explore traditional techniques and began an apprenticeship in stonemasonry and participated in renovation of architectural heritage objects. That in its turn led him to the interest in sculpture and monumental painting. Simon’s most recent plan is to enroll into the Repin St. Petersburg academy of arts when the pandemic is over.
Leonardo was born in Rome. He attended art school and then RUFA under the mentorship of maestro Alfio Mongelli. Upon getting a degree in graphic design Scotti continued collaborations with prominent artists such as Dicò for whom he curated several drawings and paintings as a part of his art show in 2017. Since then he’s been working on his own projects as well as collaborating with various creators and pop culture personalities. For example, he designed a cover for Francesco Apolloni’s latest novel Lost in LA. Currently, Scotti is known as one of the most promising artists of Rome. In his work, Leon practices both new forms and materials as well as traditions, and also synthesis of the modern and the traditional.
Luna was born in Freiburgimbreisgau in Germany and attended the Drostehülshoff gymnasium specialized in art. After finishing high school, she traveled a lot to gain new cultural impressions. In 2015, she decided to pursue higher education in art and moved to Leipzig, where she entered the Leipzig university of fine arts. In 2020, Luna received a scholarship from Cusanuswerk, a german sponsoring оrganisation for the promotion of talented students, funded by the German ministry of education and named after medieval scholar Nicholas of Cusa.
Rawan was born and educated in Damascus, Syria. She graduated from the university of Damascus, faculty of fine arts, with a bachelor’s degree in fine arts, majoring in sculpture. Currently, she is studying media art at the university of graphics and book art in Leipzig. Rawan used to teach drawing and painting, held a workshop for bronze casting and stone sculptures as well as an art therapy class for children affected by war. Her first solo exhibition opened in 2017 at the town hall of Kaufering and consisted of portraits in oil pastels and coal. Hassan also participated in group shows such as exhibition at the bavarian administration school Utting/Holzhausen, at the gallery for contemporary art and West pool in Lindenau in 2019, and other shows.
Amedeo was born in the city of Empoli in the italian province of Tuscany. He attended the art high school Virgilio, where he obtained a diploma in visual arts with a focus on sculpture. In 2017, he received a degree in sculpture from the academy of arts in Carrara. The artist participated in several group shows, including Tu35 organised by Luigi Pecci centre for contemporary art, a traveling exhibition on the occasion of Michelangelo Pistoletto’s renaissance day, and Padiglione Italia finissage. In 2018, several Amedeo’s works were selected to participate in the VII St. Petersburg international cultural forum at the St. Petersburg academy of arts. In 2019, he presented the Distopic solo show at the palazzo Binelli in Carrara.
Alba was born in Cartagena, Spain, and has russian roots. From the age of 6, she was taught to play the piano and learned russian at home. She also attended flamenco classes, and then studied ballet for 5 years. At the age of 10, she entered an international boarding school in the Himalayas, where she learned english and got acquainted with indian culture. There, she studied traditional indian kuchipudi dance, indian music and various arts, and her interest in painting kept growing. After returning to Spain, she attended painting classes and participated in a two year long Erasmus project, which consisted in art collaboration between art students from Latvia, Bulgaria, Croatia, and Spain.
Marie was born in Nantes. After graduating from high school, she studied at the school of fine arts in Rennes, where she mastered wood carving, arc welding, and printmaking techniques. As part of the Erasmus student exchange programme, she spent several months in the painting department of the academy of fine arts in Warsaw where she also learned polish. In 2018, she applied for a fulltime enrollment at the academy, where she is currently in her fourth year in the painting department. During her studies, she attended a variety of classes in other departments, including classes in wall painting (frescoes) and mosaics, textiles and tapestry, easel painting techniques, sculpture, book binding, scenography and other disciplines. She attended theoretical classes on the history of philosophy, art history, aesthetics, history of new media, and foreign languages.
Christian was born in Leipzig. After high school, he attended a higher secondary vocational school specialized in design and art, where he graduated with honors in 2007. He studied graphic design and digital media at the university of applied arts and sciences (HAWK) in Hildesheim. He spent a semester in Finland at the Kymenlaakso university of applied sciences (KYAMK) as part of the Erasmus programme. That was the time he first visited Russia, which made a lasting impression on him. After completing his bachelor’s degree, he worked for an advertising agency in Beijing for five months. In 2013, he received his master’s degree, spent some time traveling in northern Europe. In 2014, he worked as a freelance graphic designer and illustrator and attended evening classes at the Leipzig academy of fine arts (HGB). Since 2017, he has been enrolled at the HGB as a student in painting and printmaking.
Pietro was born in Barga. Graduated from the State institute of art Stagio Stagi in 2014. Then, he studied jewelry at the art school in Piet Rasanta (LU). In 2017, he received a bain decoration. From 2019 to 2020, he worked as a silversmith for the florentine jewelry company Fratelli Peruzzi, which has been around on Ponte Vecchio for over 150 years. Later on, he founded his own jewelry lab called Eulab, where he works with gold and silver. He also continues to master various visual art techniques.
